An absolutely dreadful experience
Nothing
One of the worst accommodation experiences we have ever had. Telephone enquiries are outsourced to an overseas call centre where communication was extremely difficult. Written enquiries received unhelpful AI-generated platitudes. The property itself is dirty, run-down and furnished as cheaply as possible. It is in a shabby terraced street, and the reality bears little resemblance to the advertisement. Even parking is not as straightforward as suggested. On arrival, you are greeted by dirty windows covered in security stickers warning that CCTV is in operation — hardly the most welcoming introduction. I later discovered that anti-social behaviour is one of the local police's current priorities, so perhaps that explains the warning. Once inside, we were hit by a bad smell as soon as the dirty front door opened. A brief inspection was enough to convince us there was no way we were staying. As other reviewers have mentioned, the beds are so poor that trying to sleep in them would surely have you needing a chiropractor the following day. After less than five minutes, we decided that a four-hour drive home was preferable to spending the night there. The cancellation fee is extortionate, effectively the entire rental cost less cleaning. My request for this to be waived was simply batted away with another AI response thanking me for my feedback. The whole experience left me with the distinct impression that the business model is to buy cheap properties, spend as little as possible on renovation and furnishing, then put them on Booking.com at an eye-watering markup, while hiding behind overseas call centres and AI when guests complain. An awful experience from start to finish: poor communication, nasty accommodation, an unpleasant smell, appalling beds and no recourse if you are unhappy, which you surely will be. The only saving grace is that lessons have been learned. Do yourself a favour: book a decent hotel — or better still, stay at home.

Not a happy customer
I did not like anything i will not be booking this apartment again.
There was no hairdryer even though that was in the amenities list. The beds gave us back aches be cause the springs were poking into back while sleeping waking up with back pain. My son slept on floor because of this reason. The sugar in the cannister was filled with dirt. The lock on bathroom door wasn't working. Text the seller but nothing was sorted. 0/10 is the rating I give this property.
