    Чистая светлая квартира. Есть все нужное для проживания. В доме достаточно хорошая звукоизоляция, мы не слышали соседей и надеемся, что они нас тоже не слышали (мы были с маленьким ребенком). Квартира находится на 4-ом этаже. В прихожей есть камера наблюдения, но она снимает исключительно входную дверь в квартиру. Рядом находится супермаркет. Понравился вид на речку. Прямо возле дома есть заход в речку и летом можно купаться. А вдоль речки идут красивые променады и недалеко от апартамента расположен парк с развлечениями для детишек.
