    Manager tried to be helpful but would not recommend this property.

    Location was good, with pleasant views over Modica.

    Parking was a constant issue and always hard to find close by on noisy roadway. Rattling air conditioners, which frequently tripped the electricity. Old plumbing caused constant smell of sewerage in the house and water supply problems. Very narrow stairways. Beds very old.

    Cosy flat which comes with everything for an exceptional stay in Modica

    The accommodation comes with a fully equipped kitchen. Living room, kitchen and sleeping room are separated from each other and offer more then enough space. The flat feels cosy and the furniture match all together. The host was friendly, communication was easy and we got even a ride from/to the bus station. The host explained us everything in the flat, what to do in Modica and welcomed us with some sweets and water. The view from the roof top terrane is great! Overall, a great place to stay to explore Modica and surroundings. Everything is reachable by foot in Modica.
