Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, aber Unterkunft deutlich in die Jahre gekommen.
Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war von Anfang an ausgesprochen freundlich und unkompliziert. Obwohl wir uns persönlich nicht begegnet sind, wurden uns per WhatsApp alle Informationen zum Check-in und zur Unterkunft sehr gut erklärt. Auch bei einer kleinen zusätzlichen Bitte – wir benötigten Waschmittel für die vorhandene Waschmaschine – wurde uns schnell und sehr hilfsbereit weitergeholfen. Dafür ein großes Lob.
Die Wohnung selbst war grundsätzlich sauber, insgesamt aber deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und vom Standard her eher einfach. Besonders das Badezimmer bzw. die Dusche wirkte bereits stark abgenutzt. Auch die Fenster und insbesondere die Insektengitter hätten eine gründlichere Reinigung vertragen und machten keinen besonders gepflegten Eindruck. In der Küche hatten wir außerdem viele sehr kleine Ameisen auf der Arbeitsfläche, sodass wir dort keine Lebensmittel offen stehen lassen konnten. Das war für uns unangenehm. Auch der Poolbereich wirkte auf uns vor Ort deutlich weniger einladend als auf den Fotos, weshalb wir den Pool letztlich gar nicht genutzt haben. Unser größter Kritikpunkt ist jedoch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Für den gezahlten Preis hätten wir einen deutlich höheren und moderneren Standard erwartet. Während unserer Reise durch Französisch-Polynesien hatten wir beispielsweise auf Tahiti für weniger Geld eine erheblich modernere und hochwertigere Unterkunft. Im direkten Vergleich war Moemiti für uns daher zu teuer für das Gebotene. Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeber ist wirklich hervorzuheben. Die Unterkunft selbst würden wir aufgrund des einfachen, teilweise deutlich abgewohnten Standards und des aus unserer Sicht nicht passenden Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses jedoch nicht erneut buchen.

Great facility and beautiful views!
Very large rooms, great views and nice pool area/grounds. Being able to use the facilities at the sister location was amazing
This is very very minor - wifi was not great. Also minor - there is little shop just down the road which has everything you need, but to get to the hub you will need a car/scooter or strong legs to walk closer other attractions. We walked to the beach quite easily but was about a 25min walk. Luckily there is plenty of free parking available on site
