    Prijs kwaliteit. Onvoldoende. Voor zo’n bedrag mag je een schone ruimte ontvangen. Schimmel in de keuken en badkamer is

    Teleurstellende accommodatie. Prijs / kwaliteit ver uit balans. Niet schoon gemaakt, muffe geur, schimmelvorming in keuken en badkamer. Slechte afwerking door verkeerde materiaalkeuzes. Weinig keuken benodigdheden borden, glazen, pannen. Afzuigkap werkt slecht. Wifi matig. veel te duur! Jammer want de gastheer is erg vriendelijk

    Bij aankomst bleek appartement niet gepoetst, terwijl we daar een extra 1,5 uur op hebben gewacht (best frustrerend als je net uit Nederland komt. (Glasscherven, veel zand en haren van vorige bewoners) Slechte bouwkwaliteit. Het gebouw ligt op een kleine heuvel waardoor een deel onder de grond is. Hierdoor heb je een kelder achting effect met veel vocht in huis en een muffe lucht. Er is veel schimmelvorming in de keuken en vooral de badkamer. Met simpel doorlichten los je het niet op en ventilatie is slecht/ ontbreekt Qua afwerking van het appartement laat ook te wensen over: veel dingen zijn al flink beschadigd of stuk. (Afzuigkap keuken, beschadigde muren) Er is duidelijk bezuinigd op benodigdheden zoals bestek, pannen, glazen. pannen, apparaten waardoor je vaak te weinig hebt (4 gasten). Eigenaren zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Totale beeld is dat prijs kwaliteit niet matched. Veel te duur helaas.
