Enjoyed the concert. Room was clean and comfortable. Cost was on the higher side

    Stayed for the Daughtry concert

Simple request for three extra pillows was denied. Was told we can give you just two. I did not understand “they were out of pillows”? Really????

went well but not sure i’ll be back.

    large,clean room and convenient location

poor signage orienting one to the property. confusing entry to the hotel via car. insufficient info in room. no app for using ad a map. the least amount of information I have ever had in almost any hotel in the last 10 years. also very much disliked their $30 additional fee to use the pool. this was not disclosed on booking .com
