  When you are on Booking.com, on the main page property shows up as a Beachfront, entire villa, 3 bedrooms with a main photo of a villa with a pool. You click on it, and the only option to select rooms and complete the booking is the 3-bedroom villa. That villa has only interior photos of the rooms, with no exterior pictures at all. I believe this is intentional, so you can't see that it has no pool and isn't on the beach. Everything on the listing told me I was booking a 3-bedroom beachfront villa with a pool as advertised in the main page of the booking. What I got was a small house on the second row: not beachfront and no pool. The owner later told me the pool and beach photos belong to a different 4-bedroom villa. That villa wasn't even on the listing when I booked because it was already taken. So tell me, how was I supposed to know the villa I was booking was not the one in the pictures? When I raised it and asked to cancel, the owner was rude. She refused a refund and actually asked me where I expected her to get another booking, as if her bookings are my problem. After she had put a misleading advertisement - the listing gave a false impression of what you were paying for. I believe this attitude started earlier. After I made my second reservation through Booking.com, the owner personally called me. She asked me to cancel and book directly with her because she didn't want to pay the 15% Booking.com commission, and told me I should "understand business." I refused which I believe was the reason she refused to do a full refund even though I never stayed at the house. Future guests:Better still, book somewhere else. Picture 1Look at the picture attached and tell me it doesn’t say 3 bedroom beach front villa and shows the villa with a pool Picture 2-when selecting the rooms this is the exterior photo listed that’s the only exterior picture listed under the rooms selection

  I had a lovely time at the resort and made memories that I’ll carry with me forever.

  The property was very beautiful and clean. And was just as it was advertised. Nice and secluded as well.

  I loved every bit of the villa. Nothing fell short of my expectations, even better exceeded it.

  Fantastic place! the host was great we shall definately be back!

  We loved everything my favorite was the breathtaking views, and access to the beach was a plus.

  The Chef didn't know how to make Pizza for the children :-( but apart from that the food was very delicious

  Perfect beach getaway!

  Location, private chef, extremely easy beach access , beautiful surroundings. The owner and beril were readily available to help whenever needed.

  the place is nice kid’s friendly,next to the beach the staff were nice,clean,it’s just home away from home
