Not recommended with the amount I pay

Location is good, common facilities are clean

The management team don't communicate among themselves. Same issue needs to repeat again and again. Everytime communicate seems like talking to a new person. Direction given was very confusing. I asked where can I find the fan remote control, they answered me Netflix thingy? Totally out. Bathroom was very humid, I spotted more than 15 moth larva in the bathroom. Living room basin pipe dropped when I first pour the water down.
