La ubicación y la facilidad del check in.
Que está en planta baja y se escucha mucho ruido por la noche de las personas que transitan . Pero eso fue solo en fin de semana.

Awful
The apartment has all the facilities as listed and is in a fantastic location but....
Even before we arrived, there was excessive massaging regarding check in/out times and all the rules and regulations. Check in was terrible. We never received the codes to the building or the flat in advance so we were left on the street for 30 minutes frantically messaging the property managers. Once inside: the bed is very small and mattress is very hard. It is not dark at night, there are no curtains to block the light from the interior courtyard. But it is not light during the day either, very gloomy. The bathroom sink (tiny) tap is loose It is extremely noisy from bars nearby but also from other apartments in the building, particularly those above. It is not clean, there are stains on the bathroom walls. If you have read this far, keep looking. This apartment was by far the worst we have had in Spain.

La struttura non è stata consegnata accuratamente pulita. Il pavimento e i muri erano sporchi. Non era presenta la lavatrice e una paletta per poter pulire. Stanza buia e nel we estremamente chiassosa da non riuscire a dormire essendo al piano terra. Il cortile condiviso, in tre giorni di permanenza non è mai stato pulito ed era pieno di cicche di sigarette.

pessima stanza a pian terreno!
la posizione è buona, vicino alla cattedrale e al Bazar, il palazzo non è brutto, cortile carino, ma per il resto: come far sentire il turista un povero coglione da spolpare
la stanza che ci hanno dato al piano terra (per 3 notti a quasi 90 euro a notte!) ha un affaccio inesistente, buio, rumoroso (la camera da letto sul vicolo stretto dove passsano turisti rumorosi che sono praticamente in camera con te!) Casa fredda, sbalzi di corrente (per due notti si è accesa la televisione di botto, la terza sera avevamo staccato la corrente), lavandino del bagno per lillipuziani, anche scopino bagno rotto. Una stanza così la metti a 50 euro al massimo, questo è trattare i turisti come delle mucche da mungere! Esempio della peggiore gentrificazione, siamo andati via veramente infastiditi!
