Lage hervorragend, U4 & Busse um die Ecke, großartiger Bäcker Felzl, 2 Supermärkte, Restaurants, Zahlenschloss statt Schlüssel super, im 4.Stock, Fahrstuhl, am WE recht laut>mit geschlossenem Fenster kein Problem, durch große Fensterfront wird es warm, doch Rollo und mobile Klimaanlage vorhanden, Smart TV mit Amazon Stick, Bett für uns zu weich, Ausstattung sehr gut, Kapselmaschine Nespresso, Ausblick auf Straße eingeschränkt, Dusche ebenerdig aber nicht rollstuhlgerecht> dafür zu klein,
durch Geoblocking nicht alle deutschen Sender & Media-Inhalte empfangbar, Wasserkocher ist stylisch doch wackelt gefährlich

The apartment is conveniently located; we walked to the city center, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. It was clean and well-equipped with everything necessary. The owner responded promptly to all requests and offered helpful advice. We recommend staying here.

Appartamento arredato bene da farti sentire a casa. C'era il microonde, che noi abbiamo utilizzato. C'era anche un forno tradizionale , che non abbiamo utilizzato. La cucina era ben attrezzata, noi ci siamo stati una settimana in tre. in bagno c'è una lavatrice e una asciugatrice, che non abbiamo utilizzato. è molto silenzioso e il quartiere tranquilissimo, a 5 minuti dalla metro U4 che passa ogni 5 minuti. Ci sono anche supermercati nelle vicinanze.
Per noi italiani la mancanza del bidè è una nota negativa. Le tende oscurati con chiusura e apertura elettrica, non oscurano benissimo, portatevi eventualmente una mascherina.
