    loved the location, was super close by to most places i went and the apartment itself had nice modern feel

    Not good

    Great location

    No coffee,tea No hand towel. Only one rubbish bin for all the rooms. Only one bath towel per person for our four-night stay. There were so many baby cockroaches in the kitchen .

    Good location, cooking facilities and check in. Washing machine, aircon, fridge good.

    Lights strobe/flicker constantly. Showers weak, dusty, minimal essentials (mini shower gel was already half used)

    We were not given check in information even past check in time. I tried calling, emailing, all possible contact since the night before until 3pm. Booking.com also couldnt reach the owners and ended up refunding us. Everything was paid upfront and we were a family with a toddler stuck outside in the cold after 2 days of travel. The worst time to have to find an alternative apartment. They then tried to say they had sent it already which was false. No apologies. Very bad experience and would not book again.

    10 day family trip

    The location was great defiantlythe key win to the apartment, and communication when needed was fast. The beds are very comfortable. Enjoyed the fact we had a pool. This was great for the family.

    Dust, hair, and rubbish were throughout the apartment. Showers have bits of mould. Kettle looks filthy, so we didn't use it. When walking out of the lift, the building seems to have had water damage on multiple floors it smelt wet, roof missing and carpet old and stained.
