    Overall a rating 2/10.. Staff / host 1/10 The response lacked consideration for our comfort and safety. Hosp

    Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing, particularly because of how we were treated upon arrival. The host did not properly introduce herself or welcome us before focusing on her dogs. While my mother was getting out of the car with the door open, the dogs approached us barking, which understandably made her uncomfortable. When she tried to close the car door for her safety, the host responded by saying, “Don’t close the door or the car, you will just kill the dog!” I found this response inappropriate and lacking in consideration for a guest’s safety and comfort. While I understand that pets are important to their owners, guests should not be made to feel that protecting themselves is less important than protecting the animals. The situation could have been handled calmly, professionally and with consideration for both the guests and the dogs. Overall, we did not feel properly welcomed, and the experience left a negative first impression. I believe the host could improve the guest experience by communicating clearly about the dogs and ensuring that guests feel safe and comfortable upon arrival. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not choose to stay here again.

    Beautiful place

    The room was beautiful and modern. We had everything we neeeded

    The hosts dogs and how the host kept on coming outside everytime we came in and out as if we were intruders. I think she watches the CCtV on her phone cause she immediately comes out when we park the car or outside
