Appartement agréable, très propre, pour 2 personnes situé à 18 mn à pied du métro (ligne À), à 5 mn d'un supermarché de qualité dans une résidence sécurisée et un quartier sûr. Le stationnement est peu aisé. Les hôtes sont très attentionnés et l'accès dans les lieux est très pratique. La literie est irréprochable.
Le voisinage proche (au dessus et à côté) est bruyant et les aboiements des chiens, intempestifs (jour et nuit). La porte de douche ne ferme pas complètement (porte en accordéon) et réduit de fait la taille de celle ci.
