Stunning hotel, with amazing wines, food and people.
Stunning location with the most amazing views. The rooms are all unique and set amongst stunning grounds. Photos don’t do the property justice. The staff were all incredible and so friendly and welcoming and made our stay with our 8 month old daughter an absolute delight.
Nothing. It’s paradise. Expensive but worth it! Maybe the 35 euro delivery fee on room service would be my only complaint particularly as when you have a baby and don’t want to leave them in the rooms which are quite far from the restaurant.

Tolle Aussicht und tolles Frühstück
Das Monaci delle Terre Nere ist ein tolles Hotel mit einer Hammeraussicht . Uns hat gefallen, dass es nachhaltig geführt wird und die Lebensmittel zu einem grossen Teil in Bioqualität auf dem eigenen Grundstück produziert werden. Unser Zimmer war schön mit sehr bequemen Betten und verfügte über eine kleine Gartenterrasse. Leider hat es bei unserem Aufenthalt geregnet, weshalb wir diese nicht benutzen konnten. Was uns erstaunt hat, war dass es im Zimmer keinen Fernseher gab. Für uns kein Problem, da wir einen Laptop dabei hatten. Ganz besonders zu erwähnen sind Sebastian und die Frühstückscrew. Sie haben sich wirklich viel Mühe gegeben, und haben so das Frühstück zu einer ganz besonderen Mahlzeit gemacht. Merci beaucoup! Das Abendessen im Restaurant war ausgezeichnet.
Wir hätten uns einen besseren Service beim Abendessen gewünscht. Es ging sehr lange, bis wir bedient wurden. Ausserdem wurden die Champagner-Gläser vom Aperitif bis zum Ende der Mahlzeit nicht abgeräumt und die in Stoff eingefasste Menukarte hatte Flecken. Auch hätten wir es nett gefunden, wenn zum Apertif eine Kleinigkeit zu Knabbern dabei gewesen wäre, oder zumindest etwas Brot. Es sind zwar nur Kleinigkeiten, aber in einem 5-Sterne Michelin-Restaurant in dieser Preisklasse unserer Meinung nach wichtig
