    עייף כי לא ישנתי

    המיקום מצוין. גישה נוחה למונסטראקי, ממש בלב פסירי.

    שני החדרים הגדולים ממוקמים ממש מעל הרחוב. הרעש מהברים והפעילות בשעות הבוקר המוקדמות (אספקה וכו) לא מאפשרים לישון בחדרים!! פשוט בלתי נסבל. יש חדר פנימי שבו המצב טוב יותר. הדירה ישנה ומוזנחת, חלונות העץ העתיקים לא בנויים לרעש מהרחוב. גם המקלחת חייבת שיפוץ יכך גם המטבח (שיש מאולתר ולא נקי). שורה תחתונה מיקום מעולה אבל הדירה לא טובה ואני לא ממליץ
