    Absolutely SUPERBB!!!

    this hotel was exceptional, but what really made my stay unforgettable was the incredible hospitality. I was greeted by the lovely Belen, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Completely unbeknown to her, I had just split up with my boyfriend and was going through a bit of an emotional time. She very kindly surprised me with a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful suite, and I cannot explain how much that small act of kindness meant to me. Sometimes people make a difference to your day without even realising it, and Belen absolutely did that for me. The hotel itself is simply stunning. The interiors, the atmosphere, the beautiful surroundings and the attention to detail are everything you could wish for in a luxury Ibiza escape. It has that perfect balance of sophistication, relaxation and understated Ibiza glamour. I absolutely loved every moment of my stay. It was exactly what I needed, and I left feeling refreshed, happy and already wanting to return. What makes a hotel truly exceptional isn't just the beautiful rooms or luxurious surroundings, it's the people who make you feel special. Belen is an absolute credit to Mondrian, and I really hope the management recognises what an incredible asset she is. Without question, one of my favourite hotel experiences ever, and somewhere I'll return to every time I'm in Ibiza. Thank you, Mondrian Ibiza, and especially Belen, for turning what could have been a difficult trip into such a wonderful memory. ❤️

    I have stayed at many places in Ibiza and this was by far my favourite - there wasn't anything I could fault tbh - only that I could of stayed longer
