Wlaściciel miły. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Łatwość odebrania kluczy od mieszkania i ich odebranie. Mieszkanie duże i przestronne. Wygodne łóżka. Blisko komunikacja miejska oraz sklepy różnego rodzaju.
Mieszkanie nie bylo dobrze wysprzątane: brudna podłoga- białe skarpetki po chwili chodzenia były czarne grzyb w kabinie prysznicowej oraz na gumie lodówki. Mikrofala z resztkami jedzenia.

unsuitable for families or anyone carrying heavy luggage.
location is in Rome but tram line under construction and when you take bus is not easy. if you travel with kids not ideal..
The flat is on the 5th floor and there is no lift, making access extremely difficult if you have children, heavy luggage, or mobility problems. I had to carry my 23 kg suitcase all the way up to the flat. Since then, I have been suffering from a pulled back muscle and am still taking painkillers. Before entering the property, there are several large rubbish bins directly outside the entrance, and the smell is extremely unpleasant. The beds are old, and the sofa bed is in very poor condition. The kitchen also does not have adequate lighting. The toilet is extremely small and may be difficult or uncomfortable to use for a larger person. Overall, I would not recommend this property for families, especially those travelling with children or heavy luggage.

A big mistake with this crook landlord.
Location and AC
the pictures do not match the reality at all. It should contain clear warning that the apartment is simply outdated, dirty and extremely vulnerable. Also needs a real landlord who will take care of the problems instead of giving smart advice without content. Unfortunately we had no immediate alternative otherwise we would have ended everything immediately. It is a definite scam. We will do everything to warn the new travelers about it and additionally get back part from our money. Are also extremely disappointed with Booking.com for providing a platform to such crooks.
