    Nice rooms but problematic dinner situation

    Great rooms but the dinner situation is a major problem.

    The hotel does not have enough capacity to serve dinner to all hotel guests. At the same time, there are very few restaurants in town and many of them are pre-booked completely. Even the convenience store is closing. We ended up having a lot of food anxiety. One hotel employee from the reception hang up on us on the phone on purpose, because I was unwilling to make a reservation for us.

    Séjour agréable et relaxant

    Ryokan exceptionnel! La chambre est très spacieuse et confortable. Grande salle de bain. Petite terrasse au bord de l’eau. Personnel serviable et accueillant. Localisation parfaite, à deux pas de la bande de sable et du chairlift. Le Onsen était très propre. Le repas et le petit-déjeuner étaient aussi exceptionnels.
