    Clean and convenient, but needs thoughtful attention.

    It was immaculately clean. There was a problem with the radiator in the living room, and the man who manages the apartment could not have been kinder or more helpful. He resolved the issue (by supplying a free-standing electric radiator) within minutes. Decent shower.

    The beds aren’t comfortable - we both (in separate bedrooms) woke every morning with backache. The bathroom light operates on a motion sensor, so if you’re still for more than a couple of minutes, the light goes off. Very alarming! The hot water was actually just lukewarm. Some of the cutlery in the drawer was dirty, and one of the pans was pitted and burned and brown. Also, the airing cupboard has a very bad problem with black mould. Really awful.

    Great apartment in a great location!

    The location is perfect , with good free parking and easy walking into the city. The flat is clean, comfortable and practical with good facilities. It’s perfect for a stay in York and we will definitely use again
