Good for short stays, probably for young tourists which care less about noise....
The apartment is very well located in Recoleta, with convenient access to a metro station, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and other everyday amenities. The neighborhood is pleasant and provides an excellent base for exploring Buenos Aires, both on foot and by public transport. The apartment itself is comfortable, well equipped and functional, with the facilities needed for an extended stay. Its convenient location and practical amenities make it particularly suitable for visitors wishing to explore the city independently.
I stayed in this apartment for two weeks, and the apartment suffers from serious noise problems and poor sound insulation. Doors in the neighboring apartment were repeatedly and continuously slammed, causing significant disturbance and making uninterrupted sleep throughout the night virtually impossible. On one occasion, the neighboring apartment hosted a noisy party from 6 p.m. until after midnight. The disturbance stopped only after I contacted the building's doorman and the police. The owner initially dismissed my complaint, suggesting that late-night gatherings were normal in apartment buildings and refusing to involve the police. There was also persistent banging from the apartment above, which could be clearly heard inside the apartment.

Estaba todo muy limpio, excelente ubicación, bien equipado, lindos detalles ( cafe, té, insumos para cocinar) recomendable absolutamente.

Esmerada estadía en Recoleta
Es cómodo, se puede estar muy a gusto. El anfitrión es amable y hace todo más fácil . Muy buena ubicación . Seguridad . Lugares cercanos que suman , quioscos super cafés … todo es recomendable

Everything was great, Hernan is a great host and the place was super comfortable. Super well equipped, good location.
The cleaniness of the bathroom could be better, I found some hairs in the shower
