  Muito boa!

  O apartamento é grande, moderno, bonito e bem equipado. Está bem localizado, perto de tudo e a 10 minutos a pé do centro histórico. Não tivemos dificuldades para encontrar estacionamento perto.

  Embora o apartamento tenha ar condicionado, os quartos não têm e são muito quentes. A casa de banho de baixo não tem resguardo na banheira. Um dos quartos não tem persiana e entra a luz muito cedo.

  Mieszkanie duże, dwupoziomowe. Na górze salon z kuchnią i dość dużym tarasem, który mieści się w środku dziedzińca ( nie widać nic oprócz ścian i okien budynku). Korytarzem przechodzi się do łazienki i pierwszej z trzech sypialni. Na dole są pozostałe dwie sypialnie z czego jedna ma mały taras i garderobę. Jest też druga łazienka. Pani która przekazywała nam klucze mimo że wcześniej uprzedzaliśmy o naszej godzinie przyjazdu kazała nam czekać (w dniu wyjazdu byla punktualnie). To nie byłoby wielkim problemem, ale to że mieszkanie było nie nagrzane na nasz przyjazd to bardzo nieprzyjemna sprawa. Niestety pani za to , że późno przyjechaliśmy skasowala mam dodatkowo 25 euro, a mieszkania nie nagrzała. Przjechalismy późną porą z kilkuletnim dzieckiem. Pierwsza noc będzie przez nas długo pamiętana.

  The apartment was central and very clean, not much complaints about the apartment.

  First of all when I booked the stay, I booked it because it said Private parking. On reaching the apartment we got to know it’s not free parking , it is to be booked and paid in advance. The lady who came to receive us physically showed us a free street parking space where we can park our car , she also confirmed on WhatsApp when we shared the parking pictures . Later our car got towed from the same space, the lady then asked us to contact their company’s emergency services , no one picked up or responded on the emergency numbers . She kept us hanging for hours saying we are trying to find out where your car is towed to. After no answer for 3-4 hours, we called the police , got the details and paid 250 EUR for getting the car released . She took no responsibility of the heavy penalty we had to pay because of her misguidance . She could have just told us she doesn’t know where to park and we could have figured out on our own. We wasted half a day of our short trip because of the hassle created due to misguidance and no one later took responsibility for it.
