The building is excessively unkempt, unsightly and dirty. we could barely fit through the main door. the elevator which is on the first floor is old and small and some hours it did not work with the result that we have to climb up to the third floor with our feet. the room is beautiful and comfortable in terms of space...however, the windows are very old with the result that there is no soundproofing at all (it is a noisy street) and we could not sleep. The shutters are also very old and the room was not as dark as it should have been. There were no curtains to help the light in more. Also, to be able to get dressed, you had to go to the bathroom or close all the shutters, otherwise you would be seen on the opposite balconies (very short distance) since there were no curtains. You have to press the cistern several times for it to work properly.
