Wunderschönes Hotel, jedoch überteuert
Die Lage ist einmalig! Und die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr schön. Alles total sauber.
Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt unserer Ansicht nach nicht. Natürlich ist die Lage und das Hotel ansich top, rechtfertigt den Preis jedoch nicht unbedingt. Vor allem erwarte ich mir um diesem Preis auch ein paar Inklusivleistungen (zB frisches Obst, kostenlose Garage oder Kinderclub) all das war nochmals mit sehr hohen Preisen verbunden! (1/2 Kinderclub 250 Dollar, Parkgarage pro Tag 75 Dollar usw.). Auch der Service beim Poolbereich könnte um knapp 2000 Dollar pro Nacht deutlich besser sein - teilweise lange Wartezeiten auf Getränke.

Great experience for our Anniversary!
We loved our entire experience, we had amazing service. At the lounge bar: we loved Steve on the piano and Kody who took care of us at the lounge bar while we enjoyed the music. We also enjoyed dinner at the studio where Max also took exceptional care of us and brought us a special anniversary toast. Had an amazing massage by Adrienne at the spa and LOVED the spa pool. Nathan took awesome care of us at the spa pool and we enjoyed our time relaxing there. The beach is beautiful, we enjoyed walking down there even though the tides/waves were a bit intense. Johnny, Robert and Kaitlyn also made our experience at the loft amazing as well. Everyone there operates with excellence and they really want your experience to be the best. We enjoyed celebrating our 15 year anniversary at the Montage Laguna Beach. We will be back!

Wonderful relaxing stay
Beautiful hotel. Pool is gorgeous with many available lounge chairs and food and beverage service. Pool is open 24 hrs. The beach is steps away with chairs and umbrellas available for hotel guests. Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the expansive beachfront was breathtaking. We enjoyed the local shopping and restaurants. Hotel services were top-notch. A very relaxing stay!

Atmosphere + service (Dee)
Mosaic bar - Dee provided a personalized and friendly level of service that matched the spectacular views and atmosphere of this restaurant. We sat at the back and the ocean is visible from multiple sides. The atmosphere was great and the fish sandwich was delicious. Definitely helped the conversation. Thanks Dee. Really good management, too.
