    Great location; spacious but some attention required.

    Large spacious accommodation close to pubs, cafes and shops. Parking available nearby.

    No coat hooks at all in the house. Some stair banister spindles missing, meaning that young children could fall through - this needs urgent attention. Accommodation is for 12 - but not always sufficient equipment for 12 e.g. cups. Basic equipment not provided e.g. dish clothes and scourers.

    Lovely bright and airy spacious house. Great location.

    Great location. Lovely house with plenty of character. Good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. All the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The house is bright and airy. Easy communication throughout. We would book again.

    The only disappointment is that there is no comfy seating in the dining kitchen area - this is where we spent our time when in the house. The children were quite happy going to the basement to sit on the sofas though. We couldn’t find an ironing boar! The top floor bathroom were very smelly (drain smell). But these things made our stay less enjoyable!

    A weekend in Ross-on-Wye

    The location and number of bedrooms was good for us.

    A couple of the dining room chairs hadn't been properly maintained which contributed to one breaking when sat on. The owner was apologetic and shared that they'd address the wobbly chairs. It would have been handy to have information on what to do with the rubbish, how appliances work etc. Not everyone has a common sense mentality!
