    We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, close to the beach and fancy restaurants around.

    Breakfast buffet was exceptional.

    Bed Bugs !

    locatie in orde

    we hadden meteen geconstateerd dat er bed bugs / bedswantsen op de kamer waren en een foto gemaakt en aan de receptie getoond. Die waren niet verrast en wilden een andere kamer aanbieden. Ze wilden ook niet komen kijken en dat verbaasde ons. Dat wilden we niet omdat we dat niet vertrouwden. De receptie heeft op mijn verzoek een verklaring opgesteld en ondertekend voor de terugstorting van het gehele bedrag van 146 Euro voor 3 nachten. Helaas hebben we dat nog altijd niet ontvangen. Die nacht op een strandstoel geslapen en 2 nachten elders geboekt. Nu opnieuw mail gestuurd. Hoop dat we ons geld terugkrijgen.
