    Das Appartement ist sehr schön und insgesamt haben wir uns dort wohlgefühlt. Die Organisation wirkt allerdings teilweise etwas chaotisch.

    Beim Personal haben wir unterschiedliche Erfahrungen gemacht. Die älteren Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und kundenorientiert. Bei den jüngeren Mitarbeitern haben wir dagegen leider teilweise einen eher arroganten und unfreundlichen Umgang erlebt. Besonders deutlich ist uns das im Restaurant und beim Frühstück aufgefallen. Hier hätten wir uns mehr Freundlichkeit und Serviceorientierung gewünscht. Die Organisation wirkt allerdings teilweise etwas chaotisch.
