All guests checking in must be at least 25 years old with a valid photo ID to check in. Monte's restaurant is open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner through September 15th. Montauk Manor does not accept reservations for Proms, Graduations and Bachelor or Bachelorette Parties. Electric bicycles, scooters, wheels, etc., are not permitted in the building. A charging station outside is provided at our bicycle rack. Locks are not provided. Please note, our restaurant.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.     Our stay was short and seet.

    Ample space in our room for 3 adults. Apartment was clean and fully stocked. There was a private outside area with table and chaise lounges. However, the location of the apartment itself was on the main floor on the very end of a dark corridor . 3 big screenTV's were great. We utilized the schuttle bus to get to and from dinner. That was a great feature for 3 senior women traveling unescorted.

    The second bedroom was poorly decorated no wall art just two single bed stuffed in a small bedroom. with a chest of drawers located in an open closet.

    Great comfort and location. Nice, accomodating staff.

    Good, basic studio room accommodations.

    Ugh. No sofa or easy chair in the room. Only two random dining room chairs in a corner that had stained seats. Had to sit in the bed to read or watch tv.

    Room was great! It advertised as 2 Queen beds and 1 sofa bed. However, we were pleasantly surprised when we found that there were 3 actual beds (rather than 1 sofa bed that typically requires to be pulled out of the sofa and assembled).

    The check in requirement where every guest needed to be present at the front desk to show ID was a little silly. That part was inconvenient. Any other hotel will only require a single ID of the person who booked the room. Something to keep in mind about.
