Das Appartment war komfortabel aber Duschen war leider nur im dunklen möglich. Das Rollo im Bad deckte das Fenster seitlich nicht ab und alle gegenüberliegenden Wohnungen haben freie Sicht. (Ratschlag:teilweise Folie ans Fenster ) Das Appartment befindet sich hinter einem anderen Gebäude im Hinterhof und der komplette Aussenbereich ist sehr ungepflegt und es gibt abends kein Licht und man muss sich den Weg mit einer Taschenlampe oder Handy erleuchten. Mein Mann hat ein Problem mit den Augen und alleine war es für ihn nicht möglich im dunklen zum App zu kommen. Der Eingang zum Haus ist nie verschlossen so dass jeder Zugang zum Haus hat und dies empfanden wir als sehr unangenehm. Die Tür vom App selber wird mit einem Pin geöffnet. Der Eingag zum App.nur einzeln möglich s Foto. Bei Ankunft war die Eingangstür, Hausflur und Aufzug sehr stark verschmutz und wir stellten uns sofort die Frage wo wir hier gelandet sind. Auf Beschwerde bei der Agentur wurde uns gesagt das Sie nur das App vermitteln und alles andere in privater Hand liegt und Sie nichts dazu können wie es im Haus usw aussieht. Was nützt einen ein schönes Appartment wenn der Rest nicht passt. Am Tag danach wurde im Haus geputzt. Der Parkplatz ist kein Parkplatz sondern ein Feld. An den Tagen wo es geregnet hat kamen wir nicht zu unserem PKW da wir sonst knöcheltief im Matsch gestanden hätten. Die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz ist trotz Beschreibung schwer mit Navi zu finden. Wir haben uns umgehend bei der Argentur vor Ort beschwert und man hat uns ein Appartment mehrere Kilometer Weg in Danzig angeboten aber wir hatten Sopot gebucht und das ist keine Alternative gewesen. Es kam im Nachgang eine E-Mail das man alles mögliche für uns getan hat und damit war wohl alles gesagt. Wenn man mal einige Male im Jahr die Anlage kontrollieren würde hätte man sich dies alles ersparen können. Wir werden diese Anlage auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen und unser Urlaub dort wird uns wohl lange in Erinnerung bleiben.
