    Overall, the property itself was wonderful, but the check-in experience and, especially, the cameras took away from what

    The house is located in a small, super quiet village, with a wonderfully wild garden and the option to park inside the property. The house is well equipped and has a lovely, chilled, almost romantic terrace — basically everything I was looking for! :) Apart from the issues mentioned below, the property itself was perfect. The location, the atmosphere, the garden, and the terrace made it a lovely place to stay. 👌

    Unfortunately, there is always a BUT. I booked very last minute, but I was still given the option to choose my check-in time. I arrived within the official check-in window, but unfortunately, nobody was there. I tried to get in touch, but the only response I initially received was from Booking.com. About 30 minutes later, Barbara’s son contacted me via WhatsApp and explained that Barbara’s car had broken down. Luckily, I was able to access the apartment using the password. I also found some used towels, which might have been related to the unexpected car situation. What really made me uncomfortable, though, was discovering a camera on the terrace. A day later, I noticed a second camera recording inside the living room. Having cameras in these areas raised serious privacy concerns for me. I turned the indoor camera to face the other direction, but the thought that my first 24 hours in the apartment may have been recorded was definitely not a nice feeling.

    Barbara est une personne très serviable, bienveillante et sympathique. Elle nous a rendu service. Nous avons apprécié ses petites attentions. Merci à elle

    Odeurs à l'intérieur pas tres agréables (renfermé, humidité, poussière). Vaisselle pas tres propre dans la cuisine. Logement assez personnel et pas neutre
