    O ambiente do monte é fantástico e permite aproveitar para relaxar. O Spa é um extra excepcional! Muito bom para passar uns dias descontraído em família.

    Luxury prices for an average stay

    It’s quiet and ok for the whole family.

    Highly overpriced for the level of service provided. The breakfast is below the standard you would expect at this price point, and the rooms feel dated, offering only an average level of comfort. What was most disappointing, however, was the lack of staff availability in the evening. I tried to contact someone at around 7:40 pm, only to find that everyone had already left. By 8 pm, there was simply no one available to assist guests. At these prices, a much higher standard of service is expected. Looking fancy is not enough; the actual guest experience and level of service need to match the image and the price.
