    Very disappointing stay, the property was unsafe, unclean, poorly maintained, and not suitable for a family holiday.

    Nothing, can never recommend this apartment to anyone.

    I’m extremely disappointed with this property and, unfortunately, I would not recommend it, especially for families. In my opinion, the property should be advertised as a one-bedroom property because the second bedroom is extremely small. You can barely stand comfortably without hitting your head on the low rooftop, which I found very unsafe. The location is also very difficult to find and does not feel suitable or convenient for a holiday stay. Several basic things that should have been provided were not available initially and were only offered after additional charges were requested. The shower area is particularly unsafe. The shower does not drain properly and the bathroom becomes flooded whenever the shower is used. There was also no proper bath/shower mat provided, creating an additional slip hazard. The property was not clean from the entrance, which was very disappointing. Overall, the condition of the apartment did not match what I expected from the advertisement or reviews. I am also concerned about the number of very positive reviews because, based on my experience, they do not reflect the condition of the property. I feel some of the reviews may need to be independently verified. I honestly don’t believe a family would enjoy staying in this apartment. I came here hoping to have a pleasant holiday with my family, but instead I have been left extremely disappointed and sad. One of the most frustrating things was that the apartment management promised a 5-star experience, but unfortunately, the actual stay was far from what was promised.
