  Sick stray animals, no running water, argumentative host.

  This is a freshly renovated apartment with Zara Home products and comfortable furniture, and at a superficial level, looked like a great place to stay. But overall our stay has been a headache and not worth the money or time.

  We booked a stay here because of the rave reviews, it seemed too good to be true - it was. The host ignored health & safety issues and basic property maintenance. To “resolve” matters, she offered a small refund in exchange for us relinquishing our right to provide an honest review. This seemed shady (and might explain why there are only good reviews), so we said no. The host then misled Booking.com saying we “agreed” to her offer and ended contact. We were forced to involve Booking.com. Thankfully we had photos & screenshots of everything, so we were able to refute her various false claims with evidence. Upon check-in, there were 3 sick, matted, stray cats living in the garden that chased us and tried to claw at us. We couldn’t use the pool or garden. The host was unresponsive most of the day, then finally sent someone at 9pm to remove them using protective gloves. The next day, the water was out because the host failed to refill their water tank after the previous guests checked out. We had no water for cooking, toilet, or showering for hours. The host said the tank can be filled without impacting our privacy, then proceeded to send various people including external vendors in and out of private areas without warning. The host makes a lot of false claims, then gets argumentative about responsibility. (E.g., the host first admits the stray cats and the water issue is a known issue, then later insists these were “unforeseeable” and not her responsibility). The host repeatedly provided misleading info to Booking.com about the duration and severity of these problems that we spent our entire trip dealing with. The host will probably respond with more fake claims to make us look like bad guests. Booking.com have gotten involved and reviewed the whatsapp chats & photos and have looked into this matter and are trying to get us a proper refund. The latest update is that it seems the host is even arguing with Booking.com. What a headache.

  Stunning

  Our stay at this villa was truly outstanding. The location is perfect, offering breathtaking sea views that made every moment feel special, from morning coffee to sunset relaxation. The villa is ideally situated, with everything you might need just a short distance away. There are fantastic beach bars nearby, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, and car rental services, making it incredibly convenient without sacrificing privacy or tranquility. The property itself is beautifully maintained, spacious, and fully equipped with all modern amenities. Every detail has been carefully thought out to ensure a comfortable and luxurious stay. What truly made our experience even more special were the hosts. They were exceptionally kind, polite, and incredibly helpful, always available when needed and genuinely committed to making our stay perfect. The combination of stunning views, excellent location, outstanding hospitality, and top-tier facilities makes this villa an exceptional choice. We highly recommend it and would gladly return in the future.

  Luxury, privacy, and an ideal location

  Our stay at MONTESEA Luxury Nature Villas was truly exceptional and an unforgettable experience. The view is simply stunning and, combined with the absolute tranquility of the surroundings, creates the perfect environment for relaxation. The pool was beautiful and spotlessly clean, ideal for enjoying every moment of the day. The cleanliness of the villa was impeccable in every detail, while the design and aesthetics are truly unique, with great attention paid to even the smallest touches that make a real difference. One of the biggest advantages is the location: it is very close to beaches and shops, yet at the same time offers complete peace and privacy — a rare combination. Finally, the communication with the hosts was excellent, always kind, responsive, and willing to assist with anything we needed, making us feel welcome from the very first moment. We highly recommend it and would definitely choose it again!
