    Hi, we had a booking. There was an arrival time about 17-18h. We wrote to the owner at 16:45 telling that we would arrive in 10 minutes. We arrived to the apartment at 17:10. Nobody was there, we wrote by booking chat, we wrote by WhatsApp. We called to the contact telephone number. Contacting with the owner was imposible. Later, we wrote to the booking chat to explain the situation to look for a solition. Finally,at 20:00, we decided looking for another place for sleeping. At 22.00 (more or less) a Camila friend's called me to tell me that Camila was in Turquía, she was on holidays. We require a full refund of my money, because nobody gave me the service we had already paid. What is more, I had to spend a half of my free day to solve a problem that Camila produced to me.
