  Very Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended

  Very Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended * Misleading photos and poor condition: The hotel looks very different from the photos. The property is run-down, extremely dirty, and clearly lacks proper renovation and maintenance. * Poor sound insulation: There is virtually no soundproofing. Noise from outside makes it extremely difficult to sleep comfortably. * No housekeeping: I stayed for three nights, and my room was not cleaned even once during my entire stay. * Inefficient reception staff: There are too few reception staff members, and the service provided was ineffective and unsatisfactory. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The hotel failed to meet even basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, and service. I would not recommend staying here.

  Brillent relaxing and easy going

  Great little place just off main road so nice and quite but only 5 mins walk to the action of pub street. Mr Lucky was the glue that stuck this place together. He was very friendly and knew how to help where needed, orginised all our transfers at a very fair price. Alao beer was very cold

  Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service

  I had a very pleasant stay at Monthara Angkor Residence. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and offered a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. A special mention goes to Mr. Lucky, who was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist whenever I needed anything. His kindness and excellent service really made my stay more enjoyable. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay at Monthara Angkor Residence again. Thank you to the whole team for making my visit to Siem Reap so enjoyable!

  An amazing stay, friendly staff, and a perfect location everything was simply 10/10!

  I rated Monthara Angkor Residence 10/10 because everything about our stay was simply amazing. From the moment we arrived, the entire team was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. A big and special thank you to Mr. Lucky and his whole team for making our stay so enjoyable. They can arrange absolutely everything you might need during your stay bikes, tuk-tuks, excursions, and transportation making it very easy to explore the area. A special thank you to Mr. Kimhong, our tuk-tuk driver, who took us around and was fantastic throughout our trips. The location is perfect as well. It’s within easy walking distance of many great places, restaurants, cafés, and laundry services, so everything you need is just around the corner, Night Market, Pub Street. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! Thank you, Monthara Angkor Residence, Mr. Lucky, Mr. Kimhong, and the entire team!

  Wonderful stay with excellent service

  We had a very pleasant stay at Monthara Angkor Residence. The hotel was comfortable, welcoming, and a great base for exploring Siem Reap and Angkor. A special mention goes to Mr Lucky, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. His warm attitude and excellent service really made a difference and made us feel very welcome. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!
