Superb
The apartment is even more beautiful in person. I would love to live there. I travel to Rome yearly. Every time I visit I rent a new place weekly. My friend and daughter were with and enjoyed the place too. The host had some drinks and a small snack bag in the refrigerator for us. It's a nice touch. There is plenty of room. Felt very safe. Every time I needed to contact the host, it was a quick response. I had forgotten some clothes and had already moved a cross town to my new place. They were nice enough to bag it up and wait for me to come get it. Super helpful in coordinating with the cleaning crew. That's above and beyond and very appreciated. We stayed in May and didn't need the A/C. However, I had the ceiling fan on, and it did the job. We needed to use the washing machine and to my surprise there was a dryer also. Usually, it's not the case in Europe. This apartment is great. I would recommend this place.
There were no paper towels in the kitchen (I bought a pack, so they should be set for awhile) Only 4 coffee pods and a small amount of loose coffee. The bathroom has no hand soap. Just packets with tablets in them? I've never seen anything like this before. So keep in mind you have to shop for these items.

Near perfect
Fantastic new fitout of this apartment, huge living space, great TV setup, wonderful facilities and location. Host very welcoming at handover.
Small lift up to the unit, but hey it’s Rome. Dangerous single step between lounge and bedroom. Needs a tea towel.

Solid Monti Accomodation
Location is perfect, with metro and groceries just steps away and on an adorable street. The apartment fairly spacious & temperature was easily adjusted and we felt cozy all 5 days. Hosts were extremely responsive when contacted and were able to accommodate our early morning arrival! New washer and dryer was a nice bonus. 1.5 of 2 rooms are quiet and off-streeet.
Had a couple cold showers and a clogged drain, some basic items items like paper towels (empty holder) & dish towels were missing (hard to purchase and impossible to keep up kitchen without). Pricing maybe speculative as paid 2x what prices listed for the entire next year. 64 stairs or elevator for 1 Cash payment required for 3rd bed's bedding eventhough advertised as having 3 beds-this was a critical component of selection for us. We are 4 people and they said it is always assumed all 4 would sleep together (pretty sure my 18 yo son didn't want to sleep with mom). After paying for the 3rd bed, we were yet required to use some pillows off one of the other beds to accommodate the 3rd. The hidden fee (only 10E) was just annoying and could have easily been avoided.
