    Poor

Property is on the market for sale. No attention paid to requirements of a family group. Insufficient kitchen equipment. Some alarms were out of battery and required attention. Toilet not bolted to floor.

This home was perfect for our adult family to spend a few days over Christmas

The house was very comfortable and cozy. The added touch of a Christmas tree was fabulous as well as a bunch of treats including coffee tea and biscuits

The kitchen sink plug needs replacing. Otherwise everything was fabulous

Good location for races or York

House was nicely decorated and a short taxi or 30 minute walk into York. The bedrooms were lovely

Many of the dishes in the cupboard were not clean and had food and oil on them. There was also no oven gloves. Could have done with more seating in the lounge
