  Perfect verblijf met een vriendelijke eigenaar

  De gastvrouw (Anna) was heel aardig, gaf goede tips en was goed te bereiken als je vragen had. Het huisje had erg veel voorzieningen (zoals compleet keukengerei, handdoeken, linnengoed, wasmachine/wasdroger, droogrek, paraplu’s, maar ook speelgoed voor kinderen). Ruim huis, met een prachtig uitzicht, in een mooie omgeving. Er ontbrak ons niets. Het huis is goed te bereiken per auto. Winkels liggen wat op afstand, maar dit wisten we van tevoren. Geen enkel probleem.

  Le logement est confortable et spacieux et situé dans un village au calme. Il y a une vue exceptionnelle de la piscine sur le Montserrat.

  The house itself is well equipped, although it was missing shower gel, which would have been especially useful for guests arriving by air. We had to buy our own and left the remainder behind for future guests. The visible areas of the apartment were clean, and the Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay. The property is spacious, with plenty of room for our group to relax comfortably. The outdoor views are absolutely stunning, particularly from the swimming pool, which was a real highlight. The air conditioning was also very effective and much appreciated, especially with temperatures exceeding 30°C. There are walking and hiking trails just a few steps from the house, making it a great location for those who enjoy being outdoors. The host was respectful of our privacy and gave us plenty of space throughout our stay.

  A car is essential if you stay here. The nearest shops are around a 10–15 minute drive away, and there doesn't appear to be any public transport within walking distance. Most beaches are approximately 50 minutes to an hour away by car. Although the visible areas of the house were clean, there was dust behind the drawers, under the beds, and cobwebs beneath the radiator. We also saw a few small cockroaches in both the kitchen and the bathroom during our stay. The property only has one air-conditioning unit, located in the living room. When temperatures exceeded 30°C, the rest of the house became very warm, especially the bedrooms, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The fans provided helped a little, but they were quite noisy. The biggest disappointment was the communication before our arrival. A week before our stay, I informed the host via Booking.com that we expected to arrive between 10:00 pm and 11:00 pm. They replied that they would send the self-check-in instructions via WhatsApp, and I provided my WhatsApp number at that time. However, we never received the information. Our flight was delayed, and after landing in Barcelona, I sent another message through Booking.com to let them know we were on our way and politely asked for the check-in instructions. Unfortunately, I received no response. By the time we reached the property, it was almost midnight. After a long day of travelling and driving in the dark, we were exhausted and unable to access the accommodation because we still had no entry instructions. I tried calling several times but only reached voicemail and left multiple messages. At that point, we genuinely thought we might have to spend the night in our car. Eventually, we noticed lights on in a separate building opposite the villa. We knocked on the door several times before a woman responded through the window. I explained that we were tourists trying to find the apartment.
