La ubicación es espectacular, cerca de muchos restaurantes, cafés, supermercados y a cuadras del Barrio Chino, estación del tren Belgrano C.

Probably great all the time except in winter

Nice bright bedroom, beautiful balcony, beautiful courtyard with swimming pool (but we were in winter). Good facilities.

Im sure in summer its great. In winter: the heating is not great and the contact with owner about the heating was not great either - he tried to argue we dont need it. Bit of mould in the bathroom, very damp in winter. Heating: two heaters in the bedroom, one worked fine but not quite enough, the other one blowed some warm air for a day, the next days no more warm, only air. Also i think 2 garbage bags for 7 days is not enough.
