The house was clean and nice love having the pool maintenance was great
The house has the rooms upstairs which is not listed also is listed as a 3 bathrooms and it's 2 and a half and it does have another toilet and sink outside by the pool . It is run by a rental company Kivoya not the greatest we texted cause our air wasnt workingnd Wifi and it took a while to get ahold of someone they did come and fix the air then we told them we didnt had WiFi we where told to wait until the next day then said to wait until 6pm the next day and the WiFi never worked. Also its listed for 10 people we had 4 towels in the entire home they provide 1 toilet paper per bathroom and having 10 people including kids for 4 days it wasnt enough we asked if they would provide more they said no we had to buy our own. We had never experienced this with any Airbnb or booking this was our first and last time . Next time we will make sure its not with this rental company Kivoya. Also this house is on a water well, we had no electricity cause of the storm( which I know they couldn't do anything about it) but we didnt had water cause there wasnt any electricity.
