The area is nice and quiet, good restaurants in walking distance. The house is spacious and the furnitures inside is nice. The kitchen is well equipped.
The outdoor furnitures needs and upgrade, especially the tables and chairs. No furnitures on the big balcony upstairs.

An amazing time relaxing with friends in the villa, and a great spot where you can easily walk or get a cab to the busie
Really clean and modern villa, with everything you need. Also security to get in was very reassuring.
