Wonderful, peaceful very kind owner and his two beautiful sons. I think they were both fifth graders, which is of course

Incredibly calm very well tended the swimming pool was super clean, and the grounds were tended and beautifully taken care of the apartment was spotless.

The owner forgot to put coffee or tea in the kitchen, and so that was taken care of pretty quickly, but I was a bit disappointed to arrive without being able to settle into a cup of tea.

  Traumhaft

  Alles perfekt

  Ci tornerei!

Struttura veramente carina e pulita. C’è l’acqua calda. Zona tranquilla senza rumori.

Bedbugs biting our kids, unclean, unfriendly staff

The pool is clean and the garden is nice. The rooms are very spacious, with two balconies and a good view over a banana plantation.

Don’t be fooled by the good ratings and the nice pictures like we were. It was the worst stay we had on our three weeks journey through Egypt. We stayed for just one night. Nothing was clean, the sheets were not washed, the bathrooms were grubby and a lot of hair was left next to the bathtub. There was cigarette ash on the living room table and sticky stains on the kitchen counter. The staff was begging for money and the manager claimed that we owe him extra money for “facilities used” when we were about to leave. The breakfast consisted of just bread, cheese and egg. When we asked for butter, jam or honey, we were brusquely told that “this is the breakfast we serve” - nothing more was provided. The absolute worst: a few hours after leaving, a lot of bedbug bites appeared on our kids’ arms and legs. One kid had over 30 bites.
