היו מצעים ומגבות רק ליום הראשון לא היה מתקן חימום מגבות - הוא היה מטונף ולא עבד - כך שביום השני לא יכולנו להתקלח. החימום בדירה לא עבד והיה קר. לבן שלי נשפך מים על המצעים ולא היה ספייר ולא יכלו להביא שמיכה נוספת וישנו בלי שמיכה.

We were a party of 4 who had just come from a fairly average place nearby which was highly rated, so we're extra thrilled with this one. Beds were comfortable, as were the pillows, with good quality bedding/sheets. Communication was easy even at really short notice. Loved being on the top floor (last room available) for the spectacular views - and exercise! The lift is tiny but works well. It's noticeably an older building (1894), which some might prefer to be spruced up, but we loved that it hadn't been modernised in any way that detracted from its character. So happy to find an iron and washing machine! We didn't use the kitchen facilities but it was well equipped. The spaciousness was surprising in the price range, and much appreciated. Will definitely recommend, and hope to return.
We loved all of it. The shower head rail needs an adjustment as it falls down, and I'm not sure if it's possible to clean some of the shower edges or if they're simply stained, but neither of these things detracted from our enjoyment of the place (most especially after our previous one)
