    limpeza, cama e banho excelente. tv smart. aquecedor otimo. microondas cafeteira frigobar abastecido jarra eletrica xicaras pratos talheres ate cafe soluvel de cortesia. excelente custo beneficio.

    nao e que nao gostei, a distancia para o centro mas para quem esta de carro, nao e problema ou para jovens que nao se importam de caminhar algumas quadras. pouca vaga de garagem mas os proprietarios sao maravilhosos e tudo se resolve.
