  Strategica e funzionale

  For our needs—as travelers who use a room primarily for sleeping—it was perfect: clean and equipped with everything necessary. Furthermore, its location was strategically ideal, just 10 minutes from the station; along that route, you can find a wide variety of dining options, so there’s no need to travel far to get a meal. However, for travelers who prefer to spend more time inside their room, it might not be the best choice, as the space is quite limited. The only downside was the lack of adequate lighting—though this is something the host could easily fix. Overall, it is definitely a place I would recommend.

  Skvělé ubytování v příjemné lokalitě s výborným dopravním spojením. Great accommodation in a pleasan

  Velmi se nám líbila lokalita. V okolí bylo vše, co jsme během pobytu potřebovali – obchody, pekárna, čerstvá zelenina i prádelna se sušárnou. Velkou výhodou byla blízkost nádraží Akabane, které funguje jako významný dopravní uzel, takže jsme se pohodlně dostali téměř kamkoliv po Tokiu i na výlety mimo město. We really liked the location. Everything we needed during our stay was nearby – shops, a bakery, fresh vegetables, as well as laundry and drying facilities. A major advantage was the proximity to Akabane Station, which is an excellent transport hub and made it very easy to travel around Tokyo and take trips outside the city. 立地がとても良かったです。周辺には滞在中に必要なものがすべて揃っていて、スーパーやお店、パン屋さん、野菜を買えるお店、コインランドリーなどが近くにありました。特に赤羽駅が近いことは大きなメリットで、交通の便がとても良く、東京都内の移動はもちろん、市外への日帰り旅行にも便利でした。

  Pokoj je menší a schody jsou poměrně úzké, ale obojí odpovídá tomu, co je v Japonsku běžné. Pro nás – jednoho dospělého a dvě děti – bylo ubytování naprosto dostačující a během pobytu nám nic nechybělo. The room is on the smaller side and the stairs are quite narrow, but both are fairly typical for Japan. For us – one adult and two children – the accommodation was completely sufficient and we had everything we needed. お部屋はややコンパクトで、階段も少し狭めですが、どちらも日本では一般的な範囲だと思います。大人1人と子ども2人で利用しましたが、十分に快適で、滞在中に不便を感じることはありませんでした.

  Location is great, super convenient lots of options for restaurants , it’s easy to go anywhere with subway. Place is very clean, everything works

  It’s a bit small but this is Tokyo. The only thing I didn’t like is the bed being quite hard.
