    Staffs were kind and helpful. Drinking water was provided and refillable.

    The surroundings and the room were infested by mosquitoes. Mosquito spray was no help at all. The tap water has a strong metallic smell. The shower floor was slimy, slippery, and stained with rust. Although we were advised regarding electric power shortage and block outs, and that no available generator, they could at least provide each room an emergency lamp. Must conduct regular check up of room appliances (refrigerator, air conditioner, water pump…) because of the annoying and loud sounds (…louder than the noise produced by nearby bars).

    Stressful stay due to lost jewelry in the homestay and I am suspicious as to how it got lost when I only put them in one

    I lost my jewelry in the homestay. I put the items on the table my whole stay. Upon check out, I realized I left them but they were nowhere to be found. To note, I only transferred on a nearby room. I did not bring the said jewelry in my activities. Caretakers did not see it, next guests let us in to check but it was not there and they also did not see it. Owner was nowhere to be found. Filed a police report. The location was not bad but please note all the water smells like rust/sewage. Pricepoint will lure you but there’s a whole lot more of other homestays in Siargao, minus this suspicious event. Please avoid booking here for your peace of mind.
