  A facility with large geckos roaming the rooms.

  When we went to our room to settle in, we discovered holes in the ceiling; about half an hour later, we spotted two large geckos (approximately 40–50 centimeters long) inside the room. Although we tried to contact the facility to have these animals removed, our calls went unanswered. Later, animal noises began coming from the open-air kitchen and seating area; when we went out to investigate, we couldn't see anything due to the inadequate lighting in the garden. Just one hour after checking in, we decided to leave because there was no one available to offer us a new room or a solution. We contacted the facility's security staff to check out and asked if anyone could assist us, but security was unable to reach any other staff members, so we checked out on our own. Despite having a three-day reservation, we stayed at the hotel for only one hour before leaving. When we later contacted the facility regarding a refund, they stated that no refund would be issued. Even though they refused to refund us, they cancelled our reservation—presumably to rent the room out to someone else. Although we argued that it was unfair to both cancel our reservation and withhold our money, they insisted that having these animals roaming inside the room was perfectly natural and maintained that they would not provide a refund. This facility was a complete disappointment for us. I would never recommend it to anyone who cannot adapt to wildlife or who does not wish to share their room with large geckos.

  Parfait

  Tout était parfait. Nana est absolument géniale, disponible et réactive. Le logement est très beau et plein de charme. Nous avons eu un petit soucis avec l’eau qui a été réglé immédiatement. Petit déjeuner très bon. Nous aurions aimé continuer notre séjour chez Nana. Nous avions décidé de passer par Nana pour qu’un chauffeur vienne nous chercher à l’aéroport, tout était très bien organisé. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir
