Deserving Any Penny You Paid
The breakfast is super nice, with a lot of variety, and it mostly tastes good. A free welcome drink and delicious cookies are provided every day. The price and location are nice. What else can you expect?
The only trouble is that the WC and the shower are in the same room, with no separation. It's more likely to make the toilet and paper wet during the shower.

It was comfortable for a short stay.
Breakfast was basic but enjoyable. Staff were helpful with recommendations and friendly. If you go to the right 10 min walk to shops.
Sound from corridor can be heard. Change of linen and provided robe and slippers were very worn out.
