Be aware that the hotel is on the riverbank and is not accessible by car; you have to walk from the closest parking area. However, the hotel is fairly close enough to the city centre; walking down the riverbank, you can get to the walled city in 10-15 minutes. Plenty of food options are near the hotel, and a small shop is just a half block away.

We received a room upgrade upon arrival. The room was very clean and matched the photos. The view from the balcony was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful with everything. Thanks to the hotel and the beautiful city of Fenghuang for the hospitality.
