Beautiful character home, loved the couches and location. Staff were friendly. Overall a really lovely stay and such a beautiful property.

House was cold and hard to heat up but that's a given with an older property. Wood for the fire wasn't fantastic quality but we made it work. Staff and patrons at the pub were a little close for comfort - I would suggest putting signage that it's a private property with guests to be left alone, as there was a bucks party at the pub on our second night and we had lots of drunk men approaching us. As a group of young women, it wasn't ideal. We weren't given a key upon arrival, so we didn't feel super safe on our first day/night with our belongings in the house unlocked. Found a key in a lockbox the second night but overall would have been a better experience if staff were attentive to safety.

Great place for a short stay and very friendly and helpful hosts.

Very spacious and had everything you needed in terms of linen, kitchen and bathroom supplies.

A few of the fittings were a bit loose and no instructions for how things worked (such as the chrome cast). I think advice that the house was so close to the restaurant and vineyard would have also been nice to know, as you could see people walking past from the lounge room and bedrooms.
