Location close to the park. Rooms and hotel in general very beautiful. Very good restaurant, rather expensive but quality of food is also very good.
Rooms are quite noisy, as you can hear a lot going on in the hotel. Wifi wasn't the best but it's also a very remote place after all.

Melhor opção para ficar muito perto do parque TdP
Reservamos um domo, mas ganhamos um upgrade para um quarto interno do hotel, então só isso já elevou muito a nossa experiência! Apesar de em termos gerais ser uma hospedagem cara, estar bem na entrada do Parque Nacional Torres Del Paine foi impagável. Todos os dias tomamos café da manhã tranquilos e, como estávamos de carro, montamos nosso itinerário com muita tranquilidade. As funcionárias são incríveis e estão sempre dispostas a ajudar, seja com algo do hotel, ou para dar dicas de passeios. São atenciosas a ponto de nos chamarem no café da manhã para sair para ver as nuvens que estavam rosadas, lindas! O quarto é muito confortável, nos proporcionou um ótimo descanso! A área comum também é boa e confortável, tomávamos um vinho lá todos os dias antes de jantar (compramos em Natales vinhos e alguns petiscos).
O Wi-Fi não funciona bem no quarto, então usamos mais na área comum. A comida do jantar tem um preço elevado, provavelmente por conta da logística, e é boa, mas não achei incrível.

The road from Torres del Paine along the gravel track will wear your soul out before you reach the hotel.
